Best Way to Start Your Day! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. He took us to the most amazing food spots that turned out to be the best food we had all trip long! The tour gives a great overview and then we were off to explore in further depth those sites that intrigued us most. Thanks, Andrea, for a wonderful experience!!
This tour with Andrea was perfect in so many ways. He is so friendly and knows Rome. We were so comfortable on his fancy golf cart and he took us to some great food, wine and gelato places we would never have found. Plus, the ride around Rome and parking spots he would get with the cart was awesome! Book it. You won’t be disappointed.
Magical Tour of Rome! There are not enough words to describe how magical this tour of Rome was for me and my wife. We are able to see so much more in such a unique fashion that we wanted to do it again the next day. This was the highlight of our trip and something we have continued to talk about weeks later.
Best food/sightseeing tour in Rome! We had the most amazing and memorable experience! Andrea (m) was so energetic, informative and a true pleasure to spend 3 hours with! He showed us many sites and told us many stories and history about Rome. The food was amazing! We loved the whole experience and 100% recommend and would do another tour with Andrea again! Personal connections make all the difference. Superb, thoughtfully-crafted tasting morning imbued with personal touches by TRUE local guide Andrea. Morning started with a leisurely coffee paired with exquisite ultra-premium pastries in a chic but accessible bakery. The coffee beans blended on-site are each made in a separate press so the oils don’t mix with yesterday’s coffee. For example. He intermixed a hidden orange garden view-stop with a personalized stroll thru a modern airy market which nevertheless was filled with traditional dishes and ingredients. “Those are my Mom’s two most-made meals” (cannelloni and rice-stuffed baked tomatoes with potatoes). He bought us porchetta panini to take home for later. I’ve never experienced such care from a guide and felt personally appreciated and hosted. Pasta tasting (generous portions) and wine sampler featured a delightful sommelier in an artsy contemporary space. Finished the morning (actually into afternoon) in a LOVELY gelateria with seasonal artisanal flavors. The owner-craftsman greeted us, sharing a couple insider details about his gelato production. Each in our small group of four was WOWED. We were glided through time and visual richness which included the best view of Rome: from a leafy orange-blossom scented garden enhanced with a fresh cool spring water fountain. We’ll treasure our time today with Andrea. You will too.
This tour is in English. It does not include entry tickets or inside visits to monuments. During the stops, for safety reasons, your driver always remains with the cart. The tour runs rain or shine, in case of rain, the golf cart is equipped with protective rain curtains.
Children up to 12 years old must use a child safety seat or booster during the ride in accordance with Italian safety regulations. Please contact us in advance if you’re bringing children, so a safety seat can be provided at no extra charge.
